Early Life
I was born and raised in the serene surroundings of the Himalayas, where yoga, mindful movement, and music were a natural part of daily life. Though this connection faded as I grew older, one question remained with me: Who am I?
Healing Journey
After childbirth, I experienced uterine prolapse. Surgery was advised, but I chose to seek a natural path through yoga. Through dedicated practice – particularly Sirsasana (Headstand) – my body healed within weeks, an experience that felt miraculous both to me and to my doctors.
Study and Mastery
This turning point led me back to India to study yoga deeply under qualified teachers, where I earned a master’s degree in Yogic Science. Through these studies, yoga became not only a means of healing, but a journey of self -discovery.
Philosophy and Music
Through these studies, yoga became not only a means of healing, but a journey of self -discovery. Alongside yoga, music has remained a quiet companion, nourishing my inner world and deepening my sense of presence. Yoga is now my way of life-rooted in awareness, harmony, sustainability, and responsibility toward ourselves and the world we share.
